"Dust growth in protoplanetary disks: theoretical predictions and observational tests"

Abstract. In this talk I will describe the growth and radial transport mechanisms of dust in protoplanetary disks. I will demonstrate how our numerical simulations can be understood analytically and how they can be tested by millimeter observations.
