"A physical model for Lyman-alpha profiles from young galaxies"

Zusammenfassung. A simple physical model for the Lyman-alpha emission from galaxies with extended halos will be presented and solved. We show that the galaxies can be presented as a 3 parameter family and discuss briefly how details of the line profiles may be related to the inside structure.
