Opening Registration: February 1st, 2012.

• Deadline early registration (Conference fee 170 Euro): June 1st, 2012.

• Note that we will send out an email informing each registrant about talk or poster selections by the SOC. Following this email we will ask each registrant to complete the registration process by paying the registration fee. Everyone who submitted an abstract before June 1st will of course be eligible for the reduced fee of 170 Euros, even if the actual payment is made after that date.

• After this deadline we will only be able to accept poster presentations. The conference fee for late registration will be 200 Euro.

• Note that the conference is limited to 120 participants.
