The growth function \(D_+\) and the CMB temperature \(T\) are in usual cosmologies monotonic functions of the scale factor \(a\). Can you express \(D_+(T)\) or \(T(D_+)\) in an unambiguous way in any FLRW-cosmology? What are suitable conditions that this is possible?
