relativistic scaling

The transformation property of the Faraday-tensor under Lorentz-transforms is \(F_{\mu\nu}=\Lambda_{\mu}^{~~\alpha}\Lambda_{\nu}^{~~\beta}F_{\alpha\beta}\), and therefore all field components scale with \(\gamma^2\). The energy-momentum tensor \(T_{\mu\nu}\) has the same transformation properties but is quadratic in the fields: How can that be?
