acceleration at the Hubble-scale

Can you given an estimate of the acceleration of a freely falling object at the Hubble scale \(c/H_0\), for simplicity for a FLRW-universe with deceleration \(q = -\ddot{a}a/\dot{a}^2 = \pm 1\)? Are you surprised by the numerical value, in particular keeping MOND-theories in mind?
