Some info on accommodation

As already mentioned on the registration page, the meeting venue offers 11 rooms directly in the building where also the meeting is held, or in the neighbouring building respectively. Those nice rooms offer breakfast and WiFi directly on-site for a reasonable price of 65 EUR/night. You can ask to be accommodated in one of these rooms during the registration process. All other participants, or those who did not get such a room, have to book their accommodation on one's own responsibility. Please note that Heidelberg is visited by many tourists every year, so we suggest to book early.
