Meeting registration

In order to get an idea on the number of participants and to organise the scientific and social programme we would like you to formally register.

Once you submit your registration, an arrival notice will be send to the given e-Mail address. After a quick check, you will be included in the participant data base and appear on this web site.

All on-site rooms are booked by now. You can still ask for it, but you will only be listed on a already pretty long waiting list. Please arrange your accommodation yourself e.g. with one of the hotels listed here.

* The conference centre will provide 11 nice single rooms directly on-site for 65 EUR/night, including breakfast and WiFi. Please indicate on the registration form if you would like to be accommodated in one of these rooms. 7 of them will be available from Oct.16 (check-in) to Oct.20 (check-out) and 4 of them from Oct.16 to Oct.19. Therefore, also indicate your possible check-out date.

The rooms at the conference centre will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis, but we will preferably assign them to young researchers with limited travel budget. We will inform those who applied for but did not get assigned a room at the conference centre as soon as possible, so you can arrange your accommodation in a hotel.
