Profile
I was a Master student at the ITA and working on star formation. In 2011 I got my Bachelor degree. In my Bachelor thesis ("Characterisation of Infrared Dark Clouds") I studied a sample of Infrared Dark Clouds (IRDCs) and compared their properties to these of a sample of High-Mass Protostellar Objects (HMPOs). It has been able to explain my work and publish the results. Since summer 2012 I worked on my Master thesis for about a year. Its title is "What is a Reliable Tracer in Dense Clusters?". By using RADMC-3D I studied the radiative transfer in pre-protostellar cores and how reliable asymmetries in line profiles are. Furthermore, I investigated the possibility to improve this method.
